Generally speaking, the through holes of the ejector pin in the die blank are all processed by the milling machine, but this time, all the top pin holes of a set of die B plates were drilled out of the way, and it was not until the fitter assembled that they found that they had done something wrong. After the milling machine made a mistake, they could not correct it themselves, so they pulled it over to me to repair it. More than 30 holes in a template are all wrong. I'm too busy to finish this evening.

Of course, the mistakes that can be remedied are small things, and the boss who discards them directly loses a lot. I remember last year in the last factory, a colleague who started CNC fell asleep on the night shift. When installing the cutting tool, he used the wrong tool. As a result, a piece of mould more than one meter in size was directly scrapped. As we all know in this industry, the steel used for mould core is very expensive. In addition, with the processing of various departments, we will lose more than 100000 yuan. The employees who make mistakes should be punished. If they start the machine, they will be fined 500. The leaders will also be punished. But the biggest loss is still the factory.

Therefore, we have repeatedly stressed that prevention is the most important and safety is the first. From training school teachers to factory leaders, we will educate employees to be careful and slow, and we must be safe!
