I Analysis of stamping process of stamping parts

It is necessary for stamping parts to have excellent stamping technology in order to make qualified stamping parts in the simplest and most economical way. Be able to complete the process analysis of stamping parts according to the following methods:

1. Understand the part drawing. In addition to the shape and scale of parts, it is important to understand the requirements of part accuracy and surface roughness.

2. Analyze whether the structure and shape of parts are suitable for stamping.

3. Analyze whether the benchmark selection and scale marking of parts are reasonable, and whether the scale, orientation and shape accuracy are suitable for stamping processing.

4. Whether the surface roughness of the section of the blanking part is too high.

5. Whether there is a large enough production volume.

If the manufacturability of the parts is too poor, negotiate with the planner and put forward the plan to revise the plan. If the production batch is too small, other production methods should be considered for processing.

 

II Stamping process planning and optimal process design

1. According to the shape and scale of stamping parts, start to determine the nature of stamping process, such as punching, zigzag, deep drawing, bulging, reaming and other stamping die planning methods and processes.

2. Check the deformation degree of each stamping method. If the deformation degree exceeds the limit deformation degree, the stamping times of the process shall be calculated.

3. Organize reasonable stamping sequence according to the deformation characteristics and quality requirements of each process. Pay attention to ensure that the deformation area of each process is a weak area. The formed part (including the punched hole or shape) shall not participate in deformation in subsequent processes. The polygonal zigzag parts shall be bent outside first and then inside. Necessary auxiliary processes and processes such as shaping, leveling and heat treatment shall be organized.

4. On the premise of ensuring the accuracy of parts, determine the reasonable process combination method according to the production batch, blank positioning and discharge requirements.

5. Plan more than two process plans, and compare them from the aspects of quality, cost, production rate, die grinding and repair, die life and operation safety, so as to select the best process plan.

6. Start to determine the stamping equipment of each process.

III Blank planning and layout design of stamping parts

1. According to the property and scale of stamping parts, calculate the blank scale and make the blank drawing

2. According to the blank property scale, plan the layout map and calculate the data utilization rate. To plan a variety of layout plans, select the best plan through comparison.

 

IV Stamping die design

 
1. Determine the die structure method of each process of stamping processing, and make the die sketch.

2. Carry out specific structural planning for the mold of the specified 1-2 processes, and make the mold operation drawing. The planning method is as follows:

(1) Determine the type of mold: simple mold, continuous mold or composite mold.

(2) Planning of mold operation parts: check the cutting edge dimension and length of punch and die, and determine the structure method and connection and fixation method of punch and die.

(3) Determine the positioning and spacing method of blank, and plan the corresponding positioning and spacing parts.

(4) Determine the methods of pressing, unloading, pushing and pushing, and plan the corresponding pressing plate, unloading plate and pushing block.

(5) Mold base planning: including the planning of upper and lower mold bases and guidance methods, and standard mold bases can also be selected.

(6) On the basis of completing the above operations, make the mold operation drawing in proportion. First use the double dotted line to make the blank, then make the operation parts, then make the positioning and spacing parts, connect the above parts with the connecting parts, and finally make the pressing and unloading parts in the appropriate direction. According to the specific conditions of the mold, the above order can also be adjusted appropriately.

(7) The working drawing shall indicate the outer contour scale, die closing height, cooperative scale and cooperative type of die, and the method and process of die planning. The requirements of mold manufacturing accuracy and skill conditions shall be marked on the operation drawing. The operation drawing shall be made according to the national drawing specifications, with standardized title block and detailed list. If it is a blanking die, make a layout drawing on the upper left corner of the operation drawing.

(8) Check the die pressure center and check whether the pressure center coincides with the center line of the die handle. If it does not coincide, make corresponding correction to the mold results.

(9) Calculate the punching pressure, finally select the stamping equipment, and check the relevant dimensions of the die and stamping equipment (closing height, working table, die handle device dimension, etc.).
